Leadership Fluency© Action requires that you check what you think you know before you act.  The Leadership Fluency© approach acknowledges the tendency leaders and others have for taking action without first checking what they think they know about themselves and others in a given situation. Leadership Fluency© is displayed in a KNOW – CHECK – ACT+ (K-C-A+) behavioral framework that raises both the internal dialogue and the dialogue between the leader and those who are impacted by the leader’s behaviors to a more conscious level.
