Mr. Livingston is an organization development consultant. He focuses on providing innovative training, executive coaching and management development processes and services. His work has been primarily with large private sector corporations and government agencies. He has worked extensively in organizational effectiveness, diversity management and team building with such clients as Chase Manhattan Bank, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Virginia, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Fannie Mae, among others.
