Purposeful Development Associates is a network of expert leadership and education consultants headed by founder and president, Karen L. (Spencer) Stentz Huebner, Ed.D. Dr. (Spencer) Stentz Huebner has thirty years of national and international experience as an educator and change agent in educational, medical, government, corporate, and law enforcement organizations. She has held full and part-time faculty positions at John Hopkins University and University of Maryland. Dr. (Spencer) Stentz Huebner has provided teaching and leadership instruction, change facilitation, strategic planning, executive coaching, and curriculum development to client groups across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
