The Purposeful Change™ Model

Purposeful Change™ is a model designed to help organizations identify the change areas in which to work and assess progress. Two of the biggest challenges for leaders today are employee performance and organization change. Improving employee productivity and leading or surviving the change process reduces to five specific, but interdependent leadership actions.
